WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Expected delivery times OR order processing times
Your order processing time depends on the type of order you have. Delivery information will be emailed to you after the purchase is complete.
If you have ordered a custom made diamond engagement ring, expect around 6-8 weeks for us to manufacture your ring. This timeframe does not include the delivery times as stated below.
If your order is a ready-to-wear option, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks to process your order.
We use Auspost Express post service to deliver your order, which will always require signature on delivery. This usually takes between 1-2 weeks from the date you receive the delivery notification, as detailed on the Auspost website.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available at all our stores during regular opening hours.
Free Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders $100 or more.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only and dependent on Australia Post's capacity.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
