Refund policy

Returns

As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 30 day refund/exchange policy on website purchases for most items if you change your mind. Items must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging with satisfactory proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds/exchanges for pierced earrings due to hygiene considerations.

We do not offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind on sale items or special order items.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Please contact us at hello@matthewsjewellers.com to request a refund or exchange and we will provide you with a return postal address for your item and a reference number for correspondence.

You will be responsible for return postage costs. If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend you consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and refunds will not be issued prior to the item being received and inspected.
