At Matthews Jewellers, we want your jewellery to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver to you.
Complimentary Shipping
We offer complimentary Express Shipping Australia-wide on all orders. Every piece is carefully packaged and fully insured for peace of mind during transit.
Processing & Production Times
Ready-to-Wear Pieces Our ready-to-wear jewellery is dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order. Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) on selected items are eligible for same-day dispatch.
Made-to-Order Pieces Our made-to-order engagement rings, wedding rings, and custom jewellery are handcrafted in our workshop with a production time of approximately 6–8 weeks. This timeframe does not include shipping. Production times may vary during peak wedding and holiday seasons.
Custom Design Pieces Bespoke and custom design orders are quoted individually. Your designer will confirm the expected timeline during the consultation process.

Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is via Australia Post Express Post service. Expected delivery times after dispatch:

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 1–3 business days

Regional areas: 2–5 business days

Remote areas: 3–7 business days
All deliveries require a signature on receipt. If you're not available, Australia Post will leave a collection card and your order can be picked up from your nearest post office with valid ID.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your delivery at any time via the Australia Post website or app.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within Australia only. If you are located outside Australia and are interested in one of our pieces, please contact us at hello@matthewsjewellers.com and we will do our best to assist you.
PO Box Delivery
Yes, we can deliver to PO Box addresses via Australia Post for all orders.
Packaging & Insurance
Every Matthews Jewellers piece is presented in our signature packaging and shipped fully insured. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on online purchases. Items must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
