Shipping policy

Australia

  • Every order ships free by Australia Post Express Post, fully insured for its full value.
  • Ready-to-wear pieces ordered before 2pm (Sydney time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Other orders are dispatched the next business day.
  • Resized rings are dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Made-to-order pieces are dispatched when they’re made. The making time is shown on each product page.
  • All deliveries need a signature. We can deliver to PO Boxes.

International

  • We ship to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong, for orders between $900 and $10,000 AUD.
  • Standard International (Australia Post): $100 AUD, delivered within 14 days of dispatch.
  • FedEx International Priority: $150 AUD, delivered within 7 days of dispatch.
  • Import duties and taxes aren’t included and are paid by the recipient.
