$50 Welcome Discount
A $50 discount for new subscribers to the Matthews Jewellers mailing list. These are the terms that apply when you use your code.
- 01 The $50 welcome discount is available to new Matthews Jewellers email subscribers only. Limit one discount per person and per email address. Customers who have previously subscribed are not eligible.
- 02 The discount is applied at checkout using the unique code provided at the time of sign up.
- 03 The discount is valid on full priced items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code or sale.
- 04 The discount cannot be applied to items marked as sale, archive sale or reduced to clear.
- 05 The discount cannot be applied to gift cards, repairs, valuations, custom design or special order deposits, or laybuy and part payments.
- 06 The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
- 07 The discount is non-transferable and may not be shared with or used by another person.
- 08 The discount code is single use only. Once redeemed it cannot be used again.
- 09 Where an item purchased using the discount is returned, any refund will be for the amount actually paid. The discount will not be reinstated.
- 10 Matthews Jewellers reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. Any change will not affect codes already issued.
- 11 Matthews Jewellers reserves the right to cancel any order where a discount code has been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
- 12 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
- 13 By using the discount code you agree to these terms and conditions.
