Founded in 1957 by Norman Matthews in Scone, New South Wales, Matthews Jewellers has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted name in fine jewellery across Australia. Norman’s dedication to craftsmanship and quality laid the foundation for what would become a multi-generational family business. In 1978, his son, Stephen Matthews, opened the second store, continuing the family legacy of excellence in jewellery design and customer care.
Today, Matthews Jewellers is proudly operated by Stephen’s sons, Sam and Adam Matthews, who have carried the family tradition into the modern era while maintaining the values that have guided the business for over 60 years.
