The Flawless Helena Oval Diamond Engagement Ring features a 2.01ct oval centre lab grown diamond in an elegant cathedral setting, finished with a hidden halo and a distinctive lotus setting beneath the centre stone. The two-tone design pairs an 18k white gold basket with an 18k yellow gold band, allowing the setting to blend beautifully around the diamond while keeping the warmth of yellow gold through the band.

The sculptural lotus detail creates a beautiful profile, while the hidden halo adds subtle brilliance from the side and highlights the elongated shape and soft curves of the oval diamond.

Changed your mind? Return your piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. It must be unworn, in its original packaging with any certificates, and come with proof of purchase. Return postage is at your cost.

Simply select “I’m not sure” when purchasing your ring and our team will work with you to find the correct size.

We can send you a complimentary ring sizing kit to help you determine your size at home. We’ll safely hold your ring with us until your size is confirmed, then professionally resize it before sending it to you.

Can I return my piece?

Yes. Our Ready to Wear pieces purchased online are eligible for change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unworn and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying items included.

If you would like to return your purchase, simply contact our team and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Do you offer a warranty?

Our commitment is designed to help you care for your piece for years to come, with ongoing services and support from our experienced team.

To maintain your Lifetime Care Guarantee, your ring needs to be inspected by our team every 12 months. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the ring is returned to Matthews Jewellers for these inspections, allowing our jewellers to check the settings, stones and overall condition of your piece.

What if I choose the wrong ring size?

Simply contact our team and we’ll help you find the best solution. Most rings have a limit to how many sizes they can be safely adjusted without compromising the integrity of the piece.

Our team will work with you to determine the correct size and advise on the safest resizing option for your ring.

Can I book an appointment before purchasing?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to book a complimentary appointment with our team to view a Ready to Wear ring in person or virtually. Simply let us know which ring you’d like to see when booking your appointment.

Please keep in mind that our Ready to Wear pieces are available for immediate purchase, and booking an appointment does not reserve or hold the ring. As many of these pieces are one of a kind, there is a chance your chosen ring may sell before your appointment.
