Design and 3D CAD
We'll present design options, including hand-drawn sketches and a 3D CAD render, so you can see your new piece from every angle. Refine it until every detail feels right.
You'll receive a clear quote before any work begins.
Stone removal and assessment
Once you approve the design, our jewellers carefully unset your diamonds and gemstones and check each one for chips, wear or weakness.
If a stone isn't suitable for resetting, we'll talk you through the options, from matching it with a new stone to using it in a different way.
Crafting your new piece
Our jewellers handcraft your new piece in fresh, high-quality gold alloy for strength and a flawless finish, then set your stones by hand.
Most remodels are completed within 6–8 weeks of design approval.
The reveal
We'll invite you back to see your finished piece, a moment many clients describe as genuinely emotional. We'll show you how to care for it, so its next chapter starts well.
Have a diamond or gemstone already?
You don't need a complete piece to start. Many clients bring us a single diamond, a family gemstone or stones from several pieces, and we design a new setting around them. Our jewellers check every stone before we commit to a design, so you'll know it's suitable to set.

Remodelling questions
Can I reuse my original stones?
In most cases, yes. We assess each stone at your consultation; some older stones have chips, cracks or wear that make them unsuitable for resetting. If so, we'll talk you through your options. Your stones are handled with the utmost care throughout.
Can you reuse my old gold?
We don't melt down and reuse old gold. Every jeweller uses a different alloy recipe, and mixing them can create porosity (tiny air bubbles) that weakens the metal and increases the risk of breakage. Instead, we make your new piece in fresh, guaranteed alloy and offer a gold buy-back credit, so your original gold still contributes to your remodel.
What if I don't know what design I want?
That's what the consultation is for. You don't need anything figured out before you come in. We'll talk through your style and what the piece means to you, then create sketches and CAD designs to help you see the possibilities.
How long does remodelling take?
Typically 6–8 weeks from design approval. If you have a birthday, anniversary or wedding in mind, let us know as early as possible and we'll do our best to meet it.
How much does remodelling cost?
It depends on the design, the condition of your stones and any new materials needed. Your consultation is complimentary, and you'll receive a clear quote before we proceed. Flexible payment options are available.
Can I remodel without visiting a store?
