Once we receive your order, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm all the details of your piece.

We then personally hand-select your diamond and begin creating your CAD design. Your ring is designed specifically around the exact measurements and proportions of your chosen stone, ensuring every detail is considered.

Your CAD will be ready for review in approximately two weeks. At this stage, you can make as many changes as needed until you are completely happy with the design. Your CAD consultation can take place over the phone, via a virtual appointment or by email, whichever is most convenient for you.

Once you approve your CAD, our jewellers will begin crafting your ring. Please allow approximately six weeks for your piece to be completed.

When your ring is ready and has passed our final quality checks, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. You’ll receive a notification with your tracking details as soon as it is on its way.

Yes. Most rings can be resized; however, every design has a safe resizing limit. Resizing beyond this limit can compromise the structure, setting or integrity of your ring, so we recommend choosing your initial ring size as accurately as possible.

As part of our Lifetime Care Commitment, we offer complimentary resizing for the life of your ring within its safe resizing limits.

If your ring needs to be adjusted beyond what can safely be resized, it may need to be remade to ensure the quality and integrity of the piece. In this instance, additional charges will apply. Our team will always discuss your options with you before any work is carried out.

Your piece will be carefully packaged and sent via Australia Post Express Shipping, with tracking, signature on delivery and
insurance for added peace of mind.

Your jewellery is fully insured and protected throughout its journey until it safely reaches you. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking details so you can follow its delivery.
