Simply select “I’m not sure” when purchasing your ring and our team will work with you to find the correct size.

We can send you a complimentary ring sizing kit to help you determine your size at home. We’ll safely hold your ring with us until your size is confirmed, then professionally resize it before sending it to you.

Can I return my piece?

Yes. Our Ready to Wear pieces purchased online are eligible for change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unworn and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying items included.

If you would like to return your purchase, simply contact our team and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Do you offer a warranty?

To maintain your Lifetime Care Guarantee, your ring needs to be inspected by our team every 12 months. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the ring is returned to Matthews Jewellers for these inspections, allowing our jewellers to check the settings, stones and overall condition of your piece.

What if I choose the wrong ring size?

Simply contact our team and we’ll help you find the best solution. Most rings have a limit to how many sizes they can be safely adjusted without compromising the integrity of the piece.

Our team will work with you to determine the correct size and advise on the safest resizing option for your ring.

Can I book an appointment before purchasing?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to book a complimentary appointment with our team to view a Ready to Wear ring in person or virtually. Simply let us know which ring you’d like to see when booking your appointment.
