We begin once your 50% deposit is paid. The balance is due when your piece is finished, before we dispatch it.

Shipping

• Once your piece is finished, we send it free by fully insured Australia Post Express Post, Australia-wide.
• A signature is needed on delivery. We also ship to selected countries: see International Shipping.

Returns

• Because this piece is made especially for you, we can't offer change of mind refunds or exchanges.
• If you cancel your order, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Anything paid above the deposit is refunded.
