• Under $2,000: resizing is $150 to go up to three sizes smaller, or $150 to $250 to go up to three sizes larger. The cost shows when you choose your size and is added to your cart.
• Timing: we resize and dispatch your ring within 2 business days.

Resized rings can't be returned for change of mind.

Shipping

• Free, fully insured Australia Post Express Post, Australia-wide.
• Order before 2pm (Sydney time), Monday to Friday, and we dispatch the same day. Other orders are dispatched the next business day.
• Resized rings are dispatched within 2 business days.
• A signature is needed on delivery. We also ship to selected countries: see International Shipping.

Returns

• Changed your mind? Return your piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. It must be unworn, in its original packaging with any certificates, and come with proof of purchase. Return postage is at your cost.
• Resized or engraved pieces, sale items and pierced earrings can't be returned for change of mind.

Booking doesn't reserve the piece, and many of our pieces are one of a kind.

We make this piece for you in 8 weeks, or 4 weeks with our priority service ($500). Making time doesn't include delivery, and it can be longer in the lead-up to Christmas (see our Christmas order dates).

We begin once your 50% deposit is paid. The balance is due when your piece is finished, before we dispatch it.

Returns

• Because this piece is made especially for you, we can't offer change of mind refunds or exchanges.
• If you cancel your order, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Anything paid above the deposit is refunded.

Gold purity is measured in carats:

• 9k gold: 37.5% pure gold
• 14k gold: 58.5% pure gold
• 18k gold: 75% pure gold

Higher gold content gives a richer colour and wears better over time. It also lets the metal bend rather than crack under pressure, which matters most for fine details like claws. That's why we recommend 18k gold or platinum for rings worn every day.
